Try to understand the verse Isaiah 40:22 "It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:"

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The word circle was translated from Hebrew word "hhug"or "chuwg".  It is pronounced "KHUG" and is translated "round" or "sphere". Also note that the German "die Kugel" means the sphere.

Also look at the verse Job 26:7 "He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing." What do you understand about these verses from what you have learned so far?
