| Pre-FLOOD
Population
from Adam to Noah A demonstration of the Authenticity and Scientific Soundness of the Bible Ref: GENESIS The pre-flood population on the earth, from Adam to Noah, is determined using the Bible as the sole source of doctrine and knowledge. This illustrates authenticity of the biblical scriptures, showing that the book of Genesis alone contains the precise information that would allow any faithful reader to unlock the harmonious truth of the Bible. Use of modern algorithmic techniques allows one to track the population growth, verse by verse, from Adam to Noah, revealing a world of tens of billions on the Genesis Earth just before the flood. |

|
One often wonders, as a student of the Bible, why there is so much detail given in certain scriptures such as that found in the book of Genesis, from Genesis 2:19 through Genesis 6:4. A completeness of the Bible as the sole source and authority is again revealed as Genesis appears to be directly connected to the new testament of the Bible which describes the modern times of today. I have always believed that the Bible contains absolutely no wasted words; no text put there just for the sake of poetic content, as the Bible is the word of God. Matthew 24:37 seems to connect the modern times of tens of billions on the modern Earth with the Genesis Earth in the days of Noah. Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. This will be very clearly seen after the following encounter. You will require only the skills used to balance your checkbook. |

Patriarchs |
Birth | Death | Maturity | Fruitfulness Fi | Population Gi | Birth/Death=M | |
| Gen 4:25 | Adam at 130 | begat | Seth (in his own image) | Adam lived 800 years, had sons, daughters | 6 | 288 | Gi = (M*Fi + Gi-1)*M | |
|
NOTE: Each time it is mentioned in the book of Genesis that a patriarch lived a given number of years and had sons and daughters, a fruitfulness number of 6 is assigned. This may be considered to be reasonable value, as the plurality of "sons and daughters" always implies at least a number of 4 or more children for any given patriarch. Each time, maturity information is given. For instance: Adam was 130 years old at the time he begat Seth, Seth was 105 years at maturity and Enosh was 90 years at Maturity. This is found to be vital algorithmic information (no wasted words in the scriptures) that allows one to calculate the fruitfulness Fi and to estimate a birth-to-death ratio M. In Genesis it is always assumed for numerical calculations that each offspring will have sons and daughters and the M value is multiplied by the Fruitfulness and the total value also multiplied. Each time that sons and daughters are mentioned, the calculation Gi = (M*Fi + Gi-1)*M is used. For the above example in the Bible Verse Gen 4:25, Adam had sons & daughters (the plural of sons, daughters suggests at least 4 children were given birth!) Since sometimes more than 4 children may be given birth each time the Bible indicates sons, daughters. Therefore, a Multiplication Factor of M=6 can safely be assigned. The Fruitfulness in this verse is Fi =6 because sons, daughters are mentioned! If the index number for Gen 4:25 is "i", then for the previous verse, Gen 4:24, the index is "i-1" and the previous population was Gi-1 =12. The negative sign in "i-1" refers back to the past! Algorithmically, we may assume that all these future children will also give birth in the same manner and so we multiply this numerical results by the same Multiplication Factor M=6. We just plug M=6, Fi =6 and Gi-1 =12 into the formula and recall that the star "*" means multiplication. We now have Gi = (M*Fi + Gi-1)*M which is equal to Gi = (6*6 + 12)*6 = 288 for the current population at Gen 4:25. Repeat this for all the other verses.

Note: Immediately after the Flood of Noah, the longevity of nine hundreds of years noted for the pre-flood Genesis patriarchs was greatly reduced to just over a hundred years. |
|||||||
| Gen 6:4 | There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. | |||||||
|
At this point, the population on the earth is well into the billions, as it is today! IMPORTANT NOTE: The calculated POPULATION is based solely on patriarchs mentioned in the Bible. {Giants not counted} Thus, scientifically, the actual numbers must have been far greater than what is calculations here! According to the Book of Matthew, Jesus spoke relating to our present times and His coming. Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, Matthew 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Here, the connection of these modern times of tens of billions on the modern Earth is clearly made with the Genesis Earth in the days of Noah. |

| Herewith, the Bible, as the single authentic source, is plainly illustrated using modern numerical analysis! | ||||||||
| Gen 6:11 | The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. | |||||||
